Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your luxury watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a free return shipping label and process your refund or exchange at no extra cost.
